Interested in joining our team?! Here at The Nursery at Mount Si we look for individuals with a strong work ethic, are self-motivated, reliable and enjoy working with people. Listed below are a few specific qualifications needed.

• An interest in plants (experience and/or specific training is ideal, but not necessary)

• Must be able to work at least three eight hour shift per week (9-5)

• Must be able to work weekends (at minimum, one weekend day)

• Capable of lifting at least to 35lbs

• Can work outside in a variety of weather conditions (hot, cold, rain)

• Can work on your feet all day

• Is comfortable working with customers

Working at a nursery is hard work, but if you share our passion for plants and working with people, it is also a lot of fun!
